We are currently seeking a Junior QA/Support Specialist who will assist us in enhancing the quality of our products and provide support in tasks related to site creation.

As a part of a large and complex project, your responsibilities will include learning the project flow, defining and documenting test scenarios, validating them with relevant groups, and conducting tests within agreed timelines. You will work closely with development, content, and design teams to ensure the quality of the products. Additionally, you will be responsible for site creation tasks such as creating new WP users, site hosting using scripts & automations, adding ready content to sites, and updating WP site plugins.

We are willing to train the right person for the position, and we are ready to extend an offer to the candidate after their graduation or completion of relevant courses.

Requirements:
QA certification or courses
Ability to analyze project requirements and create testing scenarios and test cases
Strong ability to learn and use Google to research solutions
Motivated team player
Ability to learn new processes and technologies
Intermediate level of English proficiency

Preferred qualifications:
Prior QA experience is a significant advantage
Experience with WordPress
Basic knowledge of programming languages
Proficiency in other technical skills
